You ask us to read your CV and show you the job postings that fit it. To do this, we make a profile from your CV, compare it with the postings we hold for your country, and read one of them requirement by requirement against your CV.
RND HORIZON LLC, a company established in the United States, is the controller of this processing. We receive your CV electronically on this page and process it to prepare this result because you ask for it (GDPR Article 6(1)(b); in Türkiye, KVKK Article 5(2)(c)).
If your CV contains special categories of data, such as health, religion, membership of an association or trade union, or a criminal record, please remove them before you upload it.
We send the text of your CV, pictures in it where needed, and the postings to our AI provider in the United States (when it cannot be reached, to a backup AI provider in the United States). We send them only to produce this result, on terms that do not let them be used to train models. Our AI provider and our backup AI provider may each keep what they receive for up to 30 days to prevent misuse, and longer if their safety systems flag it. Transfers from the European Union rely on the Standard Contractual Clauses in their data processing terms, with the UK Addendum and the Swiss adjustments for data from the United Kingdom and Switzerland, as our privacy policy describes. Where Turkish law applies, the transfer is subject to Article 9 of the KVKK.
If you do not open an account, we delete your CV, your profile and this result 24 hours after you upload your CV, or at once when you press “Delete now” on the result. Copies in backups are deleted within 8 more days. If you open an account, they stay in your account and are kept as the rest of it is.
So that one network can make at most 20 tries a day, we keep a one-way keyed hash of your IP address for at most 48 hours. We place one strictly necessary cookie in your browser that only identifies this try. It stops working when the try is deleted.
You can ask for access to your data, its correction or its deletion, object to its processing, and complain to a supervisory authority (in Türkiye, the Personal Data Protection Board). Write to privacy@rndhorizon.com. The details are in the privacy policy and, in Turkish, in the KVKK notice.
